Register a delivery company and sign in for the first time
How a delivery company registers itself from the public company sign-up page: required fields, the email OTP, what the platform creates (sub-domain and owner account), the first login and choosing a plan.

Purpose#
A delivery company can open its own workspace without waiting for the super admin. This guide covers the public company sign-up page, the email code (OTP), what the platform creates, your first login, and why you first see the plan page.
Who can use it#
Anyone who wants to register a delivery company; no account, role or plan is needed. The page exists on the platform's main domain only. On a company's own domain, the general register link sends visitors to the merchant sign-up instead. (A super admin can also create companies by hand from the Company menu; that path is not covered here.)
What you need#
- Company name (required).
- A domain name for your panel: it starts with a letter, contains only Latin letters, digits and hyphens (for example
fast-delivery, a placeholder) and is not used by another company. Type it in lowercase. Your panel address becomes{name}.{main-domain}(for examplefast-delivery.example.com). - Owner details: name, email, mobile number (enter it as a plain number without spaces or letters; no fixed length is enforced on this form), address (up to 191 characters) and password. The email and mobile must not belong to an existing account. No minimum password length is enforced, so choose a strong one.
- A mailbox you can open. The 5-digit code is sent by email. If sending fails, the whole sign-up is cancelled with "Something went wrong.".
Steps#
Open the sign-up page
On the main site use the Sign up now link under the login form, or the register button in the top bar of the classic home page (Arabic site: «سجّل شركة توصيل»; English site: «Register»). In the newer website version the top-bar button is set by the site content, so its label and target can differ. The link and the classic button open the public company sign-up page, titled "Registrations Form".
Fill in the form
Enter the company name, domain (your main domain is shown after the box), name, email, mobile, address and password, then press Register My Account. Fix any field marked in red. The privacy-policy checkbox is not checked by the server.
Enter the OTP
An email titled "Welcome to new company" brings a 5-digit code. The next page shows your email partly hidden. Enter the code and press Submit. It is valid for 10 minutes and allows 5 wrong attempts; after that press Resend Code! for a new code, which also resets the attempts. A wrong code shows "Invalid OTP".
Sign in for the first time
A correct code takes you to the login page with "Successfully verified.". Sign in with your email (or mobile) and password. The platform forwards you to your company address with a one-time link valid for 2 minutes; if it expires, sign in again.
Choose a plan
You land on the company plan page, titled «باقة شركتي». Most texts of this page have no English translation, so they stay in Arabic even when the interface is in English, among them the title, the subscription-ended line, the card-payment buttons and the contact line; only a few strings are translated, such as the table headings ("Latest subscriptions", "Plan", "Price", "From", "To"), "No previous subscriptions." and the parcel-count line "N parcels" on plan cards. The page says the subscription has ended («اشتراكك انتهى بـ …») and asks you to choose a plan. Pay by card (Stripe) with the button on a plan card. If card payment is not set up, the plan cards show the platform's phone and email instead, and the super admin can subscribe your company with the Subscribe Now button in the Company list. After a successful subscription you go to the dashboard.
Expected result#
Sign-up creates these records for you:
- Company settings: name, phone, email, address, currency symbol
$, active status, and default SMS, configuration and notification settings. - A tenant and a domain:
{name}.{main-domain}, which becomes your panel address. - The owner account: an admin (user type 1) marked as company owner, active, verified only after the OTP, with an empty permission list.
- A first subscription on the first plan in the system, with zero days, parcels, couriers and price and dates in the past, so it is already expired.
- Sample content for the company's public website, which you must review and replace before publishing the site: social links, services, "why us" items, FAQs, partners and blog posts (partly fixed text, partly random filler); five pages (privacy policy, terms and conditions, about us, FAQ and contact) with placeholder text, three of them random Latin filler; homepage texts (banner, about us, subscribe) with invented statistics: 7520 branches, 50000000 parcels, 400000 merchants and 700 reviews; app-store links that point to a sample Google Drive folder; and a sample Google Maps embed on the contact page.
The owner's permissions are filled from the plan's modules only when a plan is activated, by card payment or by the super admin. Until then the core company pages redirect you to the plan page.
Common mistakes#
- Domain rejected. A name that starts with a digit or contains spaces, underscores or symbols fails the format check; a used name fails the uniqueness check. Capital letters pass the form but the panel is matched against the lowercase host name, so use lowercase.
- Email or mobile already used. Both must be unique across the platform.
- Empty address. The rule is
string|max:191and an empty box is sent as null, which it rejects. Fill the address in. - Wrong or expired code. Use Resend Code! and enter the newest code.
- Plan page instead of the dashboard. Expected until a plan is active.
- "This domain is inactive." Shown when the company's settings record is not active; contact the platform administrator.
Limits and permissions#
- Independent delivery companies need an active subscription; platform-owned companies and companies owned by a merchant are exempt.
- Online payment of the subscription is Stripe only and needs the platform's Stripe secret key, added by the super admin. Otherwise the super admin subscribes you.
- On your own plan page (card payment), while a subscription is active only upgrades are allowed: a plan of a higher level (a yearly subscription cannot move to a monthly plan), or a yearly plan of the same level when you are on monthly. The same plan, a lower level, the same level with the same billing cycle, or yearly to monthly are refused until the subscription ends; after that any plan can be chosen. The super admin's Subscribe Now subscription does not apply this check.
- Roles, hubs, users, merchants, parcels and couriers pages sit behind the subscription check. The plan, subscription history and profile pages stay reachable when it has ended.
