For couriers

For couriers

How a courier works with the platform: sign-in, assigned parcels, delivery results, location and cash through the courier app interface. There is no web panel for couriers. A courier works through a dedicated API used by an app provided by the platform operator. This page names no specific app and has no download links.

  • A courier app interface
  • A recorded result for every delivery
  • A cash balance settled with the company

What the interface lets a courier do

Sign-in

With the 6-digit login number, mobile or e-mail and a password. The company creates the account, and a suspended courier cannot sign in.

Assigned parcels

A list of the courier’s parcels grouped by status (assigned, rescheduled, returned to the company, delivered) with each parcel’s details and events.

Recording delivery

Full or partial delivery, with the amount collected entered for a partial delivery, and an optional note, photo and signature.

Refusal and failed attempts

Record a refusal or a failed attempt (the parcel goes back to the warehouse for another try) or a final failure (it goes back to the company).

Plan-gated

Location and duty

Send location for live tracking and switch between online and offline. The company sees the map depending on its plan.

Cash and commission

The amount collected is recorded as cash in the courier’s hands and the commission is calculated on delivery; the courier can see the balance and its movements.

Off by default

Assignment notifications

The courier gets a notification when a parcel is assigned or rescheduled, once Firebase is set up and the device is registered.

Courier questions

How does a courier see their parcels?

Through the courier app interface, after the company assigns parcels to them.

What does a courier record on each attempt?

The delivery result and the amount collected if any, so the parcel status updates immediately.

Is sending location required?

Live courier tracking is a plan-dependent feature and needs the courier to send their location through the app interface.

A courier’s day on the platform

  1. The company creates the account

The company adds the courier with a name, mobile number and password, and a 6-digit login number is generated.

  2. The company assigns the parcel

The company assigns the parcel manually or automatically, and it appears in the courier’s list.

  3. The courier delivers and records the result

Full or partial delivery, a refusal or a failure — the parcel status updates and the merchant and the company can see it.

  4. The cash is settled

The company collects the cash from the courier and pays the commission from the courier settlements screen.

Good to know

  • Pickup from the merchant, rescheduling and the return to the merchant are recorded by company staff and are not available in the courier interface.
  • A courier can act only on a parcel assigned to them and in a status that allows the action; other moves are refused.
  • The number of couriers in a company is set by its plan.
  • This page names no specific app and no app-store links; ask the platform operator which app is used.
