Shipment created

The merchant creates the shipment in the panel, imports it from an Excel file, or receives it from a connected store (plan-dependent). The fare is calculated on the server.

The actual stages depend on how each delivery company sets up its hubs and way of working.

Frequently asked questions

Who can use the platform?

Merchants who want to ship parcels, delivery companies managing their hubs and couriers, couriers through the app interface, and the platform administrator. Recipients can track a parcel without an account.

How does a recipient track a parcel?

On the public tracking page using the tracking number or the QR code on the label. The page shows the parcel’s progress and does not show recipient data.

Is cash on delivery supported?

Yes. On delivery the collected amount is recorded in the courier’s cash balance and on the merchant’s side (their wallet or their ledger with the company), and the company collects the cash from the courier on the settlements screen.

Is there an API for developers?

Yes, an API for merchants and another for companies, with signed webhooks. Availability depends on the plan.
