What you can do
Cash on delivery
On delivery the collected amount is recorded in the courier’s cash balance and on the merchant’s side (their wallet or their ledger with the company); the company collects the cash from the courier on the settlements screen.

Request a payout of your dues to your payout account according to the payout schedule.

Where is the amount collected on delivery recorded?
In the courier’s cash balance and on the merchant’s side (their wallet or their ledger with the company); the company collects the cash from the courier on the settlements screen.
How do I withdraw my balance?
With a payout request from your panel; it has clear states you can follow until it is paid out.
Do I need a balance to create a shipment?
The shipment price is deducted from an independent merchant’s wallet, so a sufficient balance is required to create it.
Good to know
- Payouts are manual: there is no automatic bank transfer.
- Payment gateways ship disabled until the platform administrators enable them.
