Platform overview

How the platform admin, company, merchant, courier interface and tracking page fit together.

Three panels, a courier interface and a tracking page

The platform is a single web application serving several parties with different permissions:

  • Platform administrator: adds delivery companies, defines plans and payment gateways, and enables optional services such as warehouses and individual shipping.
  • Delivery company: manages hubs, staff, couriers, delivery zones, pricing and the dispatch board.
  • Merchant: creates shipments, follows their wallet and collections, and connects their store.
  • Courier: works through an API built for the courier app (there is no web panel for couriers).
  • Recipient: tracks the parcel on a public page.

Questions about the platform

How many interfaces are there?

The platform admin panel, the delivery company panel, the merchant panel, the courier app interface and the public tracking page.

Do they share data?

They all work on the same data, but each role sees only what belongs to it.

Are warehouses and live tracking always included?

No. Warehousing is an optional service the administrator enables, and live courier tracking depends on the plan.

Ready to bring order to your shipments?

Register as a merchant and start creating shipments, or register your delivery company and manage branches and couriers from one panel.
