The parcel report and CSV export
How to use the merchant Parcel report: period and filters, what the figures and groups mean, the CSV export and printing, and the plan feature "Export reports (CSV)" that the export needs.
Last updated 22 October 2026 · Last verified 22 October 2026
Purpose#
The Parcel report shows counts, collection and shipping fees for the parcels you created in a chosen period, split by status, by day and by shipping company, with a parcel list you can export as a CSV file or print. This page explains each part and the plan rule for exporting.
Who can use it#
Merchant accounts: platform merchants, owners of My delivery company, and merchants of a delivery company. You see only your own parcels, with any shipping company.
What you need#
- An active subscription, like the rest of the panel. When the platform offers merchant plans, a platform merchant needs a current plan, otherwise the panel sends you to the plans page; a merchant of a delivery company needs the company's subscription to be active.
- To export only: a plan that includes the Export reports (CSV) feature. Viewing and printing do not need it.
Steps#
Open the report
In the side menu, under Parcels, press Parcel report.
Choose the period and filters
The period starts on the first day of the current month and ends today. Press Today, Last 7 days, This month or Last month, or set From and to yourself (dates entered in reverse order are swapped). You can also filter by Status (a group, see below), by Shipping company, or with Search (tracking number, phone or name by partial match; order number exactly). Press View; the × button clears the filters.
Read the results
The page shows, from top to bottom: the number cards, Status distribution, By day, By shipping company, and the Parcels list (25 per page, newest first).
Export or print
Export Excel downloads a CSV file with your current period and filters. Print opens the browser print dialog; the print layout hides the menus and filters.
Expected result: you see the figures for your period, and you can download them as a CSV file (with the plan feature) or print the page.
What the report shows#
The period is the parcel's creation date: a parcel created last month and delivered today is counted last month. Parcels are grouped by status:
| Group | Statuses |
|---|---|
| Awaiting pickup | Pending, Pickup Assign, Pickup Re-Schedule, Received By Pickup Man |
| Out for delivery | Received Warehouse, Transfer to hub, Received by hub, Delivery Man Assign, Delivery Re-Schedule |
| Delivered | Delivered, Partial Delivered (and the legacy "Deliver") |
| Return | Return to Courier, Return assign to merchant, Return assign to merchant Re-Schedule, Return received by merchant, and three legacy return labels |
| Other | any other status |
- All parcels, with the number "still in progress" (the first two groups).
- Delivered, with the Success rate = delivered ÷ (delivered + returned), so open parcels are not counted.
- Return, with its collection value ("Worth …").
- Collection of delivered parcels, with the amount "still in progress".
- Shipping fees: shipping fee plus platform fee for all parcels of the period, except refunded ones.
- Status distribution: a bar and a legend with the count and percentage of each group; each item opens the report filtered by that group.
- By day (only when the results contain parcels created on at least two different days): the bar height is the number of parcels and the green part is the delivered ones.
- By shipping company: up to 30 rows, largest first, with Parcels, Delivered, Return, Running, Success rate (green from 80%, amber from 60%, red below), Collection and Shipping fees.
- Parcels: tracking number with date and order number, recipient, shipping company, status, collection (in the currency you entered; "Collected …" appears when the collected amount differs) and shipping fee (on screen it already includes the platform fee; the CSV lists them in two columns).
On screen, amounts follow your display currency: US dollars by default, or any other currency for which the administration has set an exchange rate, chosen from the currency button in the header.
The CSV file#
The file is named parcels-FROM_TO.csv, is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark so Excel reads Arabic correctly, and holds every parcel that matches the period and filters, not only the current page. Its columns follow the interface language at download time: Tracking number, Order number, Date, Status, Group, Recipient, Phone, City, Shipping company, COD amount (USD), Collected (USD), Shipping fee (USD), Platform fees (USD). All amounts in the file are in US dollars.
If your plan does not include the feature, pressing Export Excel returns you to the report with a warning titled "Plan": "Feature «Export reports (CSV)» is not included in your current plan — upgrade your plan from the subscription page." The restriction applies only when the platform has active merchant plans; a merchant of a delivery company is not restricted by it.
Other places for your numbers#
- Home (the dashboard): key numbers for Today, 7 days, 30 days (default) or 3 months, and a Last 14 days chart.
- Account statement (platform merchants, from My wallet): the wallet transactions, with its own CSV and printable document under the same plan feature; see the wallet guide.
Common mistakes#
- Expecting an
.xlsxfile: the Export Excel button downloads CSV, which Excel opens. - Numbers that differ from Home: Home counts only "Pending" as waiting and everything else not delivered or returned as "On the way", over a rolling period; the report uses the groups above and your dates.
- The warning when exporting: the button is always shown; the plan check happens when you press it.
Limits and permissions#
- Exports are limited to 20 requests per minute.
- There is no PDF or
.xlsxexport in this report, and no filter by courier or merchant for a merchant account. - The old list view (My parcels, "Old view: here" at the bottom) has its own Excel and CSV buttons with older accounting columns; use the Parcel report export for current figures.
