Warehouse supervisor panel: goods in, stock and releasing parcels

Purpose#

The warehouse supervisor panel is the working screen of the person who runs a warehouse in which merchants rent pallets. The supervisor records goods arriving for a merchant, checks the stock and its movements, and records each parcel whose pickup location is the warehouse as it leaves with its goods.

Who can access it#

• Only warehouse supervisor accounts that are linked to a warehouse. The super admin creates them on the warehouse's management page, section مشرفين المستودع (Warehouse supervisors), button إنشاء حساب مشرف (Create supervisor account): name, mobile number used to sign in, optional email, and a password of at least 8 characters. Removing a supervisor also suspends the account.
• Anyone else, including the super admin, gets a 403 page: "هالصفحة لمشرفي المستودعات بس" (this page is for warehouse supervisors only), or "حسابك مو مربوط بمستودع — تواصل مع الإدارة" (your account is not linked to a warehouse; contact the administration).
• The panel does not check the general warehouse-service switch; what it needs is merchants with an active pallet reservation made by the super admin.

What you need#

• A supervisor account. Sign in on the same page platform merchants use (not on a delivery company's own domain), with the mobile number as digits only (or the email) and the password; the supervisor panel opens automatically.
• Merchants who hold an active reservation in your warehouse. Goods can be recorded only for them.

Steps#

1. Open the panel

   The header shows the warehouse name, your name with مشرف المستودع (Warehouse supervisor) and خروج (log out). Four tabs sit below it: طرود طالعة (Outgoing parcels, with a count), إدخال بضاعة (Goods in), المخزون (Stock) and الحركات (Movements).

2. Record incoming goods

   Open إدخال بضاعة. Choose the merchant, optionally the number of pallets, then one row per product: name, optional SKU and quantity of 1 or more. منتج تاني adds a row. Add a note and press سجّل البضاعة الداخلة. A product with the same SKU, or the same name when there is no SKU, is increased instead of duplicated. Rows without a name or quantity are dropped.

3. Prepare and release a parcel

   Open طرود طالعة. Each card shows the tracking number, merchant, customer name, phone and address, weight and, in orange, سلّم للمندوب (hand to the courier) with the products and quantities the merchant requested. Expand تطليع البضاعة وتسليم الطرد, adjust the quantities if needed, add a note and press سلّمته للمندوب. If you leave the quantities empty, the requested ones are used.

4. Check stock and movements

   المخزون lists each merchant's products with SKU and quantity; filter by merchant, or search part of a product name or an exact SKU. الحركات shows the last 100 movements: time, in (دخول) or out (خروج) with quantity and product, merchant, parcel and who recorded it.

Expected result#

• Stock-in shows "انسجّلت البضاعة الداخلة" (goods recorded, with the number of products), adds the quantity to the merchant's stock and writes an "in" movement.
• A release shows "انسجّل إنو الطرد طلع من المستودع" (the parcel is recorded as having left). It deducts the quantities, writes an "out" movement tied to the parcel, and moves the parcel from the outgoing list to طلعت اليوم (Left today).
• A release does not change the parcel's status or assign a courier; dispatch stays a separate company step.

Which parcels appear#

Outgoing parcels are those whose pickup location is this warehouse, that have not been released, are not waiting for the merchant's funds, and are in one of these statuses. The list shows up to 300, oldest first.

A new parcel of a company that delivers with its own couriers becomes "Received Warehouse" as soon as it is charged, so that is the usual status here. Delivered and returned parcels never appear.

Common mistakes#

• Stock-in refused: "هالتاجر ما عنده حجز فعّال بهالمستودع". The merchant has no active reservation; the super admin must reserve pallets first.
• Release refused. The parcel is not from your warehouse, is already released, a product does not belong to the parcel's merchant, or the quantity exceeds what is in stock ("الكمية الموجودة من «product name» N بس، وطلبت M", meaning only N are in stock but M were requested).
• Expecting a release to deliver the parcel. It only records that the goods left the warehouse.
• A merchant with no recorded stock. You may still release the parcel; no quantity is deducted.

Limits and permissions#

• Stock-in and release are limited to 120 requests per minute.
• Product name up to 191 characters, SKU up to 100, quantity 1 to 10,000,000, pallets 0 to 100,000, notes up to 300.
